Once again, Lillian Smith was there to proudly present her ‘Personality of the year Shield’ which she gave to Avon Wings in memory of her son ‘Big Kev’’ This years winner was ‘Dave Tardivel’, Dave Joined Avon in 2007, and at the next AGM he volunteered to take on the role of Joint Rep.
